Ingredients:
320 g of wheat macaroni Delight Lustucru
1 red pepper
150 g bacon match
1 knob of butter
1 c. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
How to Make It:
Using a peeler, peel the peppers. Remove the seeds and white parts, cut into small dice.
Pour a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and salute the chopped pepper until tender.
Add the bacon back match and made all at high heat 2 to 3 min.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta shells 7 min in a large volume of salt water.
Drain the pasta, add a knob of butter, then mix the bacon - pepper. Mix well.
Adjust seasoning (do not add salt because the bacon too are already).
Enjoy hot.
