Nordic salad with kiwi

Ingredients:


20 peeled prawns
 
4 slices of smoked salmon

 
8 kiwis

 
2 endives

 
1 pink grapefruit

 
150 g fresh goat

 
1 c. tablespoons balsamic
vinegar
 
4 c. tablespoons olive oil
chive

 
salt and freshly ground pepper



How to Make It:


Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices.

Peel the grapefruit and expand it into quarters removing the thin skin. Cut these two neighborhoods.

Cut the endive, salmon slices and diced goat.

In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a bowl put the kiwis, shrimp, smoked salmon, endive, grapefruit and goat.

Drizzle with vinaigrette and garnish with chives.
