Best Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients:

1 kg of peeled shrimp
1 avocado
1 mango
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 medium white onion
4 spring onions (spring onions)
1 twenty cherry tomatoes cut into 2
lettuce leaves
1 bunch chopped Chinese parsley
1/2 c. coffee Cayenne (seeds)
8 juice squeezed lemons
3 c. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper


How to Make It:


Boil water with 1 tsp. teaspoon salt. When the water is boiling, plunge the peeled shrimp and stop the fire.

After five min, drain shrimp. In a bowl, cut all ingredients into cubes.

Add shrimp, lemon, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.

Mix well, cover tightly and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.

Enjoy serving this delicious salad in lettuce leaves.
