Swiss Chicken

Ham-stuffed chicken rolls lidded with cheese rest on a bed of seasoned rice, leading to a hearty main dish.


Ingredients

4 cups boiling water

2 boxes (6 oz each) preserved tomato city long grain and wild rice combine

4 massive boneless  skinless chicken breasts

8 slices thick-sliced absolutely burned food shop ham (about ten oz)

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

4 slices (1 oz each) cheese

Directions

Heat kitchen appliance to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with change of state spray.

Stir boiling water, rice and rice seasoning mixes in baking dish.

Cut chicken breasts  Stir bell pepper into rice. Place wrapped chicken over rice. cowl with foil. Bake forty to forty five minutes; uncover and bake concerning ten minutes longer or till liquid is absorbed and juice of chicken is evident once thickest half is cut.


Top every malformation with cheese. Bake uncovered three to four minutes or till cheese is liquified.
