Tart with goat cheese and potatoes

Ingredients / 4 people

     shortcrust pastry
     500g potatoes with firm flesh
     20 cl of cream
     nutmeg
     1 log of goat
     salt
     pepper


Preparation tart goat cheese and potato

1 Cook the potatoes with water. Let them cool, then peel and cut into slices (you can also slice and cook in the steam).

2 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the log of goat cheese into slices. Salt and pepper sour cream, add the nutmeg.


   
3 Line a pie pan with parchment paper, roll out the dough and prick with a fork. Garnish with slices of potatoes and cheese.

4 Cover with the preparation of fresh cream.
