Recipe Shrimp with Ginger and Lime

Ingredients / 4 people

     600 g of fresh medium shrimp
     20 g fresh ginger, cut into thin strips
     2 tablespoons olive oil
     4 tablespoons of lime juice
     1 tablespoon soy sauce
     chopped fresh coriander
     freshly ground pepper

Preparing Shrimp with Ginger and Lime

1 Wash the shrimp under running water and dry. In a shallow dish, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil. Add ginger and soy sauce. Mix gently and marinate the shrimp for 2 hours in the mixture.

2 Drain the shrimp, reserving marinade. Saute shrimp in a skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Pepper and add the marinade and remaining lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds.


   
Finally

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro just before serving.
