Macaroni gratin with cheese

Ingredients (for 2 people):


- 250 g of macaroni

- 1/2 cube of vegetable broth

- 2 slices of smoked ham without skin

- 75 grams of grated cheese

- 45 grams of butter

- 1/2 liter of cream.

- salt

- pepper

Preparation of the recipe:

Preheat oven to 220 ° C.

Bring water to boil pasta with 1/2 cube of vegetable broth. As the water boils, add the macaroni. Cook 6 minutes.




Meanwhile, place 2 slices of smoked ham in a bowl and cut into small pieces with a fork and a knife.

Add 2/3 of the cheese (50g) and mix well.

When the pasta is cooked, drain. Melt butter in the same pan that will used to cook pasta, pasta and put it back mix well. Once the butter melted, pour the pasta into the bowl and mix with ham and cheese.

Add the cream, salt and pepper heavily. The remix and pour into a small buttered baking dish.

Add the remaining cheese and bake about 15 minutes preparation. Wait until the top is golden gratin out of the oven.
