HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA

Preparation time: 90 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

(for 4 people): - 1/2 package lasagna dough
- 250 g minced beef
- 150 g of sausage meat
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 bottle of tomato puree
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Basil (fresh if possible)
- Mozzarella

For the became:
- Butter
- Cornstarch
- Milk

 Preparation of the recipe:

Wash and finely chop the onion, carrot and celery (taking care to remove leaves that we reserve for later).

In a pot or casserole, pour olive oil background and add half of the prepared mixture, then add all the tomato.
