Beefy Italian Ramen Skillet

Ramen noodles allow you to get this dinner on the table in a little more than half an hour.

Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces each) Ramin beef

1 lb lean (at least 70%) ground beef

24 slices pepperoni

1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and thyme

1 cup water

1 small green pepper

1 cup mozzarella cheese

How to make it:


Breaking blocks of pasta in half; set aside. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and pepperoni over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes fire.

Stir tomatoes, water and spice box reserved for the beef mixture. Heat to boiling point. Stir in noodles and sweet peppers. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the cheese on pasta mixture in a ring around the edge of the pan.
