Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients:

8-12 tortillas
1sauce red peppers or spicy salsa
800 g (1 3/4 lb) ground beef
450 g (1 lb) strong Canadian cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
 butter 


 How to Make It:

 Preheat oven to 160 ° C / 325 ° F.

   
In a nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat. Brush inside of each tortilla with red pepper sauce and spread a bit of ground beef each. Garnish with grated cheese, chopped onion. Roll tortillas and place (the tip below) into a buttered pan. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.

Remove from oven and serve. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and black bean stir fry.
